Jennifer works in recruiting at Beauty2Go. Her professional background combines commercial training, management experience and a strong connection to service, aesthetics and organization.
After completing her commercial training, she worked for several years in an insurance company, most recently as a team leader. In this role, she took on responsibility for employees, processes and coordination and developed a keen sense for people and structures. She also gained experience in sales and in an environment with a close affinity to fashion and aesthetics - characterized by quality awareness, discretion and a professional manner.
Jennifer first joined Beauty2Go in the operational side of the clinic at the front desk in Lucerne. There she got to know the day-to-day running of the practice, working with the teams and the requirements of the various locations at close quarters. The desire to use her organizational knowledge and experience in dealing with people in a targeted manner led her to the Human Resources department. During this phase, she built up the HR structures, reorganized processes and created a professional basis for the further development of the company. She subsequently specialized in the area of recruiting.
Today, Jennifer is responsible for recruitment for the Beauty2Go, Brows & Brows & Lüönd AG brands. She accompanies application processes from the first contact to recruitment and works closely with the management and executives.
With her calm presence, her organizational talent and her proximity to operations, Jennifer is a valued contact in recruiting and an integral part of Beauty2Go's continued growth.
