As Head of HR, Fabienne is responsible for the strategic and operational direction of all People & Culture topics within the Beauty2Go Group. She also shapes the further development of the HR strategy and supports the entire employee lifecycle.
With a background in hospitality, event management and human resources as well as international professional experience - including as a flight attendant - she has a strong understanding of service-oriented organizations and processes. She gained her foundation in business administration at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW).
Her focus is on organizational development, professionalizing HR processes and strengthening the employer brand. Fabienne is convinced that sustainable success is created where clear structures, transparency and a human attitude come together - and employees feel secure, valued and involved. In her private life, she finds balance in nature and sport. Her enthusiasm for aviation, nautics and travel shapes her vision and new perspectives.
